Sparky Turns into a Dragon
Sparky jumps over a gate and gets turned into a dragon. How would they turn her back?

The dragon gate
One weekend in April, Sparky and her friends were walking by a river when they noticed a big gate thing positioned across the two banks. Sparky, being Sparky, decided to jump over it. She managed to do it because of her superstrength.
She turned into a dragon.
She tried turning back by jumping over again from the other side, but she turned into a fish instead. She opted to over to the dragon side again.
Now, her friends didn't know how to turn her back and didn't want to. They figured out how to make Sparky spit water and started using her as a water hose, spraying everywhere. They put out a fire and got on the news, which alerted the cops.
The station
They found Sparky and really didn't know what to do with her. They called the MSS, called over a slopping wet Mr. Jam (guess why), and spent the rest of their time shutting up the media. The MSS contacted the Arch-Magician, and Nebula came over to the police station, apologizing profusely that she took the gate out for a class demonstration yesterday but forgot to take it back.
Before Nebula could cast the spell, a group of fishers burst into the police station. "Yet another day with no catch!" they yelled. "You have to go investigate!"
Turns out, fishers have not been able to catch a single fish in Honeypot Lake for weeks. They think something weird is happening, and have been requesting an investigation, preferably with submarines and scuba-divers; but the police insist that they had simply fished the lake to depletion.
Sparky heard this, and, riding in the aftershock of the heroism complex experienced when putting out that fire, immediately flew out the police station in a beeline towards Honeypot Lake.
Nebula watched, mouth agape, and sighed, starting to chase after her. Before she left, she said to Qibli, "You did this on purpose right?"
She was right. Seeing Nebula forgetting to put the gate back after class, and guessing that the Magic Academy was located right here in Coastline, and desperately wanting to see if a human can turn into a dragon but too scared to try herself, Qibli led her friends to the gate and had Sparky do it.
The lake
Nebula cast a spell to wrap an air bubble around her and dipped into the lake. It wasn't hard to find Sparky.
They got to the bottom and found something incredible. Another dragon, yellow and orange with an anglerfish light bulb, resting at the bottom, chewing on weeds.
He noticed Sparky and Nebula and started to run away, but Sparky was fast. Despite being a lot smaller, she bit into his neck and started dragging him out of the lake. He resisted, so she repeatedly slammed his head against the lake floor and knocked him unconscious. Then she dragged him out of the lake.
As soon as she settled, Nebula cast a spell to turn them both back into humans. She was worried the orange dragon would be an actual dragon for a while, but turned out he was also a human, a man in his late twenties. She also cast a spell to make him wake up immediately.
Turned out the man was Atlasian, and had named himself Vampire. He was very surprised to find himself in Bauhinia, since he thought he was in Atlasia this whole time. He asked the girls what year it was. It was 2031. He had been eating fish in the lake for fifteen years.
Sparky's friends had arrived by the lake too. Sky wants to know how Vampire was able to fly all the way from Atlasia to Bauhinia without noticing, but Qibli was more interested in why no one had noticed a big bright dragon flying in the sky. It was an underwater river, Vampire explained. He didn't even know dragons could breathe outside the water. Dragons are just really big fish, after all. So he swam all the way from the Atlasian River to Honeypot Lake without knowing.
They took Vampire to the police for them to deal with. Vampire couldn't even walk well, having spent more of his life being a dragon than a human, and Nebula didn't want to deal with the kids more than she has to, so she teleported them all.
Before sending the kids on their way, she warned them yet again to stop pulling bullshit. Little does she know, they are about to pull a lot more, bigger bullshit.
