About
Peacock is Hyrax's old friend and personal attorney.
He is also Sparky's reincarnation.
He is practical and rational, and often appears quite emotionless. Around his kids, he constantly looks like he's about to kill himself.
His job, as he described it, is "professional butt-wiper." He covers up Starcorp's illegal activities, either by framing them as legal, or making sure no one has enough evidence to implicate them. Big things don't pop up that often though, so most of his time is spent union-busting and shutting people up about general employee mistreatment.
He had spent a good chunk of his time looking for his mother in the past life — Amber, even when he knew he would lose her once again.

Sparky (stepdaughter)
Peacock is Sparky's step-father and reincarnation. Sparky hates him because he didn't match up to the perfect father (Jackal) in her mind.
Peacock, on the other hand, is deep in conflict as he both hates who he was in the past, but also desperately wants to be who he was in the past.
Amber (wife)
Peacock had been looking for Amber, repaying the love he received in his past life as Sparky. Ultimately he too failed to protect her.
Hyrax (friend)
Peacock and Hyrax met in juvie and became great friends. Hyrax invited Peacock into Starcorp to be his lawyer professional butt-wiper.
