Goose (subordinate)

Halcyon and Goose are on the same team. Goose trusted and looked up to Halcyon, treating him like another mentor; and Halcyon kept her in the dark about his treason.

When Halcyon was outed as a traitor and a murderer, Goose felt betrayed. She poured all her anger into the interrogation, torturing him into spitting out his soul, until he spilled all his secrets.

If Halcyon's betrayal had merely been "business" mixed with a bit of bribery and coercion before, now he had nothing but animosity towards Bauhinia and its system. As for Goose, this was just the start of her journey of becoming the queen of torture.

Pumpkin (apprentice)

Pumpkin never thought he could've been given a job at the MSS, yet here he is. He is extremely grateful to Halcyon, respects him, and wishes to never let him down. This is why, when Halcyon started asking him to steal stuff from Paperweight and eventually more important people, he didn't decline. Pumpkin kept thinking that if he had enough spine back then, things would've turned out different. He now sees Halcyon as he is: a cowardly traitor. But who's to say Pumpkin isn't the same?

Paperweight (colleague)

Paperweight, neck-deep in his self-pity, failed to notice Halcyon spying under his nose. He often assigned Halcyon to do his work so he doesn't have to. Halcyon knew, and used the chances. Paperweight could never forgive himself for that.
