If a certain field is missing or not specific enough, then it is open to interpretation.
For example, if a character's sexuality is not given, then you can let it be anything you want.
And if the "gender" field only says "Male" or "Female" without specifying further, it means that the character presents as either male or female.
However, please do not stray away from information that is given!
If everyone believes it, then it is the truth.
About
Cosmo has the mind reading superpower thanks to her third eye, but it's so weak that she can only tell whether somebody is lying intentionally -- though she's quite good at that. She can't tell if someone is lying by omission, or tell facts from lies (so if someone genuinely believes in what they're saying, she will think they're telling the truth), but if you're lying and she heard you, she will know.
When she lies herself, her third eye closes. Otherwise, it stays open, even when she's sleeping. (It closes when she washes her face too though, or it's gonna be awkward.)

Cosmo and Tomato hate each other for some reason. Mainly, Cosmo is always trying to get Tomato to run errands for her and Tomato's getting fed up.

I don't draw these that often, so here it is: Cosmo and Alaska on a late-night subway.
Can't be sure if this is canon though. I mean, right now in Hillslope there aren't any subways of course, and I haven't really thought about what they're going to do after leaving Hillslope.

Character Permissions
- Left eye blue, right eye pink. Left eyebrow pink, right eyebrow blue. Eyelashes match the eyes.
- Sleeves are wider than a normal sleeve.
- Both the inside of her ears and her dress are gradient from pink (top) to blue (bottom).
- Shoes and hairband match color.
- The yellow eye (yellow with black pupil) is always open, unless she's lying.
Global Permissions
- The marks on the girls' faces are eyelashes, not face paint! In my art style girls have eyelashes and boys don't (cartoon logic) but feel free to do whatever you like to do in your style! (Including drawing it as face paint; just tell me so I know you didn't mistake the eyelashes for face paint.)
- None of my characters have real-world skin colors! Their races are just whether they have ears or horns on their heads, so everyone's skin color is the same.
- You can draw whatever color you want as long as:
- It's not that weird like literal green alien skin or something.
- Basically, draw human-colors or black (literally) / white (literally) / gray.
- Make sure all of them are the same if you draw more than one of my character together.
- (My default is Asian though for your reference.)
- The same applies to hair color. Default black, make sure all of them have the same color.
- Please color pick their accents (hex values above).
- The highlights on their hair are parts of the design, and are optional.
