The friends get to Moreland with Pearl.

They got to Moreland and met the Appaloosa Tribe.

They also met Halcyon, whom they all thought was executed, as Paperweight promised them. Apparently not. Turned out he was merely traded away. He was now living happily with his ex-mistress now-wife and kids.
