Icicle was an old character I cut. He was meant to be a co-investigator with Sparky, but I cut him because 1) I have one too many characters, 2) it's better for Sparky to be on her own, and 3) I don't have a reasonable explanation about why they didn't just make Icicle investigate by himself when he first arrived.
